Working Ignore Me Black And White On Sparkle Light Blue Vinyl Patch Tab

This is a patch tab constructed sparkle light blue vinyl with black and white embroidery thread. The patch tab has a plastic snap enclosing a metal d-ring clip and a black satin border.
