Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 7 days to process your order for any ready to ship/pre-made items. For custom orders please allow up to 14 days to make and process the items. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING, RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Orders are generally shipped within 7 days using United States Postal Service. Please refer to the shipping provider for any questions on delivery timeframe once shipped. Right Brained Ideas is not responsible for any damage or theft once the package has been received by the carrier.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and

displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Right Brained Ideas will accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Right Brained Ideas reserves the right to deny refunds/returns if the items are not in their original state. Custom orders are final sales and will not be accepted for returns.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as within 7 days of delivery conformation. Email concerns to rightbrainedideas@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
