Customs: Custom and semi-custom orders are at the discretion of Right Brained Ideas. No trademarked/copy right items will be allowed. Right Brained Ideas will also not stitch any design/image stolen from another shop. Phrases/icons/images that are open domain and commonly used can be stitched. Digital proof(s) of any custom order will be available before payment is required. Buyer is responsible for any spelling mistakes on the digital proof. If an error occurs but is visible on the agreed on proof a refund, exchange, or return will not be offered/accepted. Full payment is required before anything is stitched. Once fully paid customs will be completed within 2 weeks, then mailed accordingly. Review shipping policy for more information on
shipments.

Customs are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges are offered on anything custom made.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: due to the nature of the items sold, returns are only accepted in their original condition and only for 7 days starting from the date of delivery. Right Brained Ideas reserves the right to deny refunds/returns if the items are not in their original state. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges will be handled as returns.

Chargebacks/Fraudulent Disputes: If a dispute is filed with the payment option before contacting us then the buyer will no
longer be able to do business with Right Brained Ideas. All future purchases will be canceled and refunded.

Taxes: Taxes/duties (state and import) are the buyer's responsibility.
