Custom Order Sky Blue and Navy On White Twill & Red On Black Twill Four-piece Patch Set

Custom Order for a four-piece patch set. The first two patches are made of white twill with sky blue, navy and black embroidery thread. The second two patches are made of black twill with red embroidery thread. All patches have velcro sewn on the backside.

Set Includes:

(2) 5.5.5in × 4in rectangular patches: "Medical Alert - Sinus Tachycardia, Immunodeficiency, Syncope Fall Risk" with EKG and heart symbol, medical cross with shield and falling human image. 

(1) 5.5.5in × 3in rectangular patches: "Medical Alert Dog - Sinus Tachycardia, Immunodeficiency, Syncope Fall Risk" with EKG and heart symbol, medical cross with shield and falling human image.

(1) 5.5in × 3in rectangular patches: "Sensory Signal - Sight, Sound, Touch,  Service Dog" around an ear, hand and eye symbols
