Custom Order Service Dog Medical Alert Teal On Lightweight High Performance Black Twill POTS Dysautonomia Five-piece Patch and Patch Tab Set

This is custom order for a POTS/Dysautonomia Inspired five-piece patch and patch tab set constructed of lightweight high performance black twill with teal and white embroidery. All patches have velcro sewn on the backside and teal satin borders. The patch tab has a plastic snap enclosing a metal d-ring clip and a teal satin border.

Set includes: 
(2) 2in x 6in black twill rectangular patches: "Service Dog" in teal and  "Medical Alert" in white.

(1) 3.5in black twill square patch: "Handler Faints," in teal and "Please Give Us Space" in white.

(1) 3.5in black twill circular patch: "Handler Gets Dizzy" in teal curved around a dizzy symbol consisting of criss-crossed lines in teal and white stars. 

(1) 3.5in x 6in black twill circular patch tab: "Until There's a, There's a Dog" in teal curved around the POTS/Dysautonomia teal ribbon with the word "cure" in white text on the ribbon.
