Custom Order S.I.T. Service Dog White And Black On Sparkle Light Blue Vinyl and Ottertex Six-piece Patch, Brace Wrap and Patch Tab Set

This is a custom order for a six-piece patch, brace wrap and patch tab constructed of sparkle light blue vinyl and light blue ottertex canvas with black and white embroidery thread. All patches have velcro sewn on the backside and black satin borders. The double-sided brace wrap has a black satin border and plastic snaps to fit around a brace bar. The double-sided patch tab has a black satin border and plastic snap enclosing a metal d-ring clip. 

Set Includes: 

(2) 6in x 2in sparkle light blue vinyl rectangular patches: "Service Dog" in black and "Medical Alert" in white. 

(1) 3.5in x 2.5in sparkle light blue vinyl rectangular double-sided brace wrap: "Do Not Pet" in black on one side and "S.I.T. Service Dog" in black curved over an outlined image of a Labrador Retriever service dog. 

(1) 4in sparkle light blue ottertex canvas square double-sided patch tab: "Handler Has Seizures" in black and "Do Not Call 911 Unless Injured" with a black line across the patch between the two statements on one side.

"Handler Is A Fall Risk" in black next to an outlined image of a falling human figure in white on the other side. 

(1) 3.5in sparkle light blue ottertex canvas circular patch: "Psychiatric Service Dog" in black curved around an image of a half paw print in white and half a brain in black.

(1) 3.5in sparkle light blue ottertex canvas circular patch: "Working Ignore Me" in black curved around a medical symbol consisting of a white staff over a black star.
