Custom Order Flat Matt Forest Green, Flat Matt Light Green And Gold On Brown Ottertex Canvas Double-sided Patch Tab

This is a custom order for a double-sided patch tab constructed of brown Ottertex canvas with flat matt forest green, flat matt light green and gold embroidery thread. The patch tab has a plastic snap enclosing a gold metal d-ring clip and a flat matt forest green satin border. 

Includes; 

(1) 3.5in x 6in brown Ottertex canvas double-sided square patch tab: "Handler Has Seizures" and "Do Not Call 911 Unless Injured" in flat matt light green with a gold line in between the two statements on one side. "Handler Is A Fall Risk" in flat matt light green next to an outlined image of a falling human figure in gold on the other side.
